PACE ACX Annual Conference
March 31 - April 3
Each spring, PACE brings together industry experts from around the globe to share best practices, advancements in technologies that improve customer engagement and provide educational tools that can be immediately implemented to better members’ businesses. The annual event combines innovation and education to further promote the advancement of industry professionals and companies.
ACX ’19 is being held March 31-April 3 at the Hyatt Hill Country Resort & Spa in San Antonio, Texas.
The Professional Association for Customer Engagement (PACE) is the only non-profit trade association dedicated exclusively to the advancement of companies that engage with customers via the contact center.
We promote our members’ ability to provide outstanding customer service and sales solutions delivered via omni channel communication including voice, email, chat, text and social media.
We provide value to members via:
- Provide a unified voice in advocating for the benefit of contact centers
- Programs for sharing industry best practices and advancing professional education
- Meaningful and productive networking opportunities and events

While our Association was founded on contact center operations, the technology that fuels these businesses has advanced.
