You can also set up recordings for greetings or to inform callers that the business is closed for the day, along with normal operational hours. So, for example, if a holiday is coming up and the business will be closing early then you can record a new greeting to inform people of the closing. 

Access your voicemail in a convenient manner

One of the really nice features of a virtual PBX is the ability to get to your voicemail from your email if that is your preference. If you prefer to leave it on your phone then that is up to you, but if you find that you are often away from the phone then you may want to consider setting up your voicemail to go to your email, as it requires no dialing to access it. 

Even if you want to temporarily set it up, say you are going to be away at a conference for a week and it would be easier to access it from your email, then you should be able to do so simply from your dashboard.

See call management stats

Dashboards can also allow you to conveniently see statistics on incoming and outgoing phone calls. This is great for helping you to make data-driven decisions to elevate your business. Seeing information, such as the number of calls missed, can give great insights on how to improve performance and what changes may need to be made. Information is delivered to you in easy-to-digest charts and reports.
