Today, LiveVox put the bow on its journey to becoming a public company as our CEO and co-founder Louis Summe rang the Nasdaq closing bell and gave a speech at the exchange. You can find his complete remarks below:

“We are so proud to be a part of the NASDAQ family. LiveVox listed and became a public company this year, in June – it was an incredible milestone, and ringing the Bell today brings us full circle – certainly a cause for celebration.

Our cloud-native, out-of-the-box platform makes it easier for our customers to leverage the latest digital, artificial intelligence, and analytics technology to keep up with rapidly changing consumer preferences and expectations – and gives them what we believe is a clear competitive advantage.
Today we power more than 14 billion transactions a year and we’re on a mission is to deliver the most comprehensive, integrated, and advanced solution in the fast-growing contact center market.
The future is bright for LiveVox
We’ll continue to invest in our solutions, power innovation, and ultimately, remove obstacles that stand between a contact center agent and the experience they should deliver to customers. We believe that this will create long-term value for our shareholders.
