This Customer Care Representative role is a customer-facing position, providing front-line communication for client inquiries. WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Provide best-in-class customer service to our clients via phone and email
  • Reply to customer inquiries in a timely and courteous manner with accurate and up-to-date information
  • Build troubleshooting tickets through our in-house Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
  • Possess the ability to think critically and meet deadlines
  • Work with executive-level employees (both internally and externally) in order to set expectations and provide feedback
  • Understand when to engage with higher-tier resources in order to resolve a problem
  • Learn LiveVox technology, policies and procedures in a timely manner and be able to demonstrate this knowledge at will

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • Ideally you hold a Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or similar discipline (will consider relevant educational background or experience in lieu of degree).

  • 3+ years of experience within the SaaS Industry

POSITION OVERVIEW:

In this position, you are expected to have 2+ years of experience in real-world enterprise Product Functionality Testing and in-depth understanding of QA best practices, techniques, and tools. You will be working closely with your team, and you will be responsible for delivering a high-quality product to the client.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Automate manual/repetitive processes through test automation tools
  • Automate to implement service requests
  • Strong knowledge on web service testing and tools used for testing
  • Strong Knowledge about web-based product functionality
  • Demonstrated ability to work under close supervision
  • Works on assignments that are routine in nature, requiring limited judgment.
  • High team collaboration and strong communicate with other project teams and support groups to coordinate cross-project initiatives to improve quality and provide live resolutions

POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a Senior Software Development Engineer in Test who will take an active role in shaping the quality of our product. This will demand deep integration with our development stack to write test cases/scripts and identifying automation opportunities. Candidate will work on developing test applications, automation frameworks, functional and performance tests thereby helping us leapfrog our development roadmap as well as delivery consistent quality with world-class test suit . The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in real-world enterprise Product Testing and in-depth understanding of QA best practices, techniques and tools. In this position, you will be working closely with Engineering and the Project Management team, who are responsible for delivering a high-quality system to the client.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design and develop automation frameworks using tools like Ready API, JMeter, and scripting languages like java and JavaScript
  • Passionate and inquisitive, seek to solve everyday problems in innovative ways. Develop test plans, build tools, and test frameworks.
  • Debug and identify software issues.
  • Review the defects logged by the team and assign them to the right owner
  • Able to estimate and commit task level effort and deliver activities on time. Responsible for the design and development of a wide range of tools and applications including command-line interfaces, CI systems, and frameworks.
  • Ability to work in an Agile environment i.e. critical thinking and analytical skills to examine bug reports and prioritize necessary tests, what information to include in the daily status reports, prioritize, and estimate task execution.
  • Responsible for collecting testing results from cross-functional teams, and reporting on them to make overall quality decisions
  • Conduct root cause analysis of the defects (UAT, rejected/duplicate defects, etc) Create test closure summary reports
  • Knowledge Transition – Provide training to the associates as a part of reverse KT.
  • Thrive in a collaborative environment and can clearly communicate technical problems to software teams and management.

We are looking for SDET 3 (Software Development Engineer in Test – Level 3) who will take an active role in shaping the quality of our product. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of software applications through the design and implementation of automated tests and testing frameworks. The candidate will work on developing test applications, automation frameworks, and functional and performance tests thereby helping us leapfrog our development roadmap as well as deliver consistent quality with world-class test suit. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in real-world enterprise Product Testing and an in-depth understanding of QA best practices, techniques, and tools. In this position, you will be working closely with Engineering and the Product teams, who are responsible for delivering a high-quality system to the client.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Test Design and Development: Create and maintain test cases, test scenarios, and test data sets based on software requirements and specifications. Develop and implement automated test scripts using testing frameworks and tools.
  • Should have a proven track record for quality and performance of code deliverables, strong communication, and client-facing skills with the ability to work in a consulting environment.
  • Test Execution: Execute automated and manual tests to validate software functionality, performance, and reliability. Monitor and analyze test results, identify defects, and work with the development team to resolve issues.
  • Test Reporting and Documentation: Document test plans, test cases, and test results. Prepare and present test reports summarizing the findings, test coverage, and overall quality status. Maintain comprehensive documentation of test processes and procedures.
  • Expertise in writing complex SQL Command for backend testing and good knowledge of web application
  • Able to develop and maintain test metrics and reports that provide visibility into testing progress, test coverage, and defect trends.
  • Good understanding of the business domain in which they operate, and are able to align software testing objectives with broader business goals.
