LiveVox Named to Collection Advisor Magazine’s Top 50 Collection Products
Scalable Hosted VoIP Dialer able to double agencies’ Right-Party Contacts

The LiveVox Hosted VoIP Dialer provides unlimited dialing capacity to deliver twice the amount of right-party contacts (RPCs) per agent, per hour than premise-based dialers, which constrain companies with upfront costs, telephony and seat license requirements. Proprietary ACD technology allows LiveVox to be the only hosted system able to show the number of RPCs each agent speaks to every hour, as well as the true cost per RPC.
